吃這樣變健康: 3333 Diet/飲食
第一次接觸3333飲食, 是因為去年因緣際會買了朋友介紹的一組Nu Skin Spa 洗臉機, 後來陸續地知道他們的減重產品計畫都會搭配著這樣的一套飲食概念, 在這呢, 就先不討論究竟是配套產品讓這些美麗的姑娘們瘦了, 還是這個 3333 均衡飲食的計畫讓身體能夠在控制食物的質與量的原則下, 能吃的飽瘦的美又健康. 我們現在要學習的是這套我認為非常有健康概念的飲食計畫! 所謂3333, 指的是在我們每天三餐裡, 一共要吃下三份能量五穀類, 三份肉類蛋白質, 三份非肉類蛋白質, 以及三份蔬果. 只要把握light cooking 也就是比較健康的烹調的方式 , 多用水蒸煮, 少用市售調味醬量與加工食品, 油脂攝取上用少量而且是好的油 (一天攝取差不多2-3湯匙的油為最高限量), 這樣就能達到均衡而且健康的飲食目標. 這裡談到的五穀呢, 以吃粗食類的五穀為主, 白米可以的話少吃(但是我覺得呢! 偶爾想吃也是可以的, 人生苦短, 不需要糾結在這一次啊!), 多吃市面上賣的五穀米, 十穀米, 或是糙米, 黎麥 (quinoa), 蕎麥(buckwheat) 等雜糧類澱粉質. 想吃馬鈴薯, 地瓜或南瓜這些也是很好的. 肉類蛋白質選擇上, 魚, 各式家禽家畜肉類等. 盡量吃瘦肉(lean meat ). 非肉類蛋白質則是蛋, 優格跟豆類. 豆類要選擇蛋白質含量高的豆類, 比如說黃豆, 毛豆, 黑豆, …
