It’s been so long since I last wrote a blog. For the past decade or so, life revolved around my children, keeping me constantly occupied. Returning to work in 2015 felt rejuvenating, bringing new friends into my life. Last spring, I made the decision to return to focusing on my family, granting myself the chance to delve into different areas of knowledge. Contemplating the next ten years, when my children will have left for college, I pondered what I could wholeheartedly love and persist in as I grow older.
I adore vibrant and fresh experiences and thrive in conversations with others. Anything related to health or wellness captivates my interest; it’s perhaps the one thing I’ve never abandoned. Having my own family turned the kitchen into a place where I got to experiment and create. Everything I buy and cook significantly influences my family’s well-being. Over these past years, I’ve progressed from only knowing how to cook instant noodles to crafting various Chinese snacks. More importantly, I’ve learned the art of healthy eating to enhance and maintain a balanced diet and body.
In 2019, my thirst for unknown health knowledge and new discoveries persisted. Beyond sharing health-related information, this new blog will document the peculiar experiences and stories encountered in my journey into my 40s.

已經很久很久沒有寫blog, 過去的這十幾年為了孩子忙忙碌碌. 2015年再重回職場的感覺很好, 也認識了很多的新朋友. 去年春天決定再回歸家庭, 給自己一個機會學習別的知識. 也思考著在往後的十年, 當孩子們都離家上了大學之後, 能做些甚麼是自己衷心熱愛而且可以一直堅持到老. 我喜歡新鮮活潑的事物, 也愛與人交談. 所有與健康有關的知識或保健產品, 我都想了解, 這大概是我唯一不曾放棄的. 有了自己的家庭之後, 廚房成了我的實驗室, 買的與煮的都全然影響著家人的健康. 這十多年來 我從一個只會煮泡麵到可以依樣畫葫蘆地做一些中式點心 更多的獲得是慢慢懂得如何健康的吃, 來改善跟維持一個良好均衡的飲食跟身體.
2019年, 對未知的健康知識與好物, 一樣渴求學習與嘗試. 除了分享一些健康資訊之外,這個新的blog, 也會記錄著自己在邁入40歲的生活裡, 所遇見或體驗到的特別事物或故事.
